As a medical oncologist, I have seen firsthand the transforma- tive impact of yoga, especially in cancer care. Numerous studies have highlighted its therapeutic benefits, showing that yoga can alleviate treatment-related symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, and insomnia. Beyond symptom management, yoga empowers patients by providing them with tools to actively participate in their healing process.
